| History La Roche luxury hotelsOwner Ken Palmer was taught to cup and roast by Roastmaster Alfred Peet, founder of the widely-acclaimed Peets Coffee & Teas. Ken trained under Alfred Peete for three years and was offered a position in his company. Ken continues to provide consulting to large green coffee importers, traveling the coffee-producing regions such as Mexico, Peru, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Nepal. During these travels, Ken finds the best coffees and imports them here. He teaches the different Indian Cooperatives how to grade and process coffee to get a better price for their produce, and we in turn get quality coffee. | | |

Service We give you very personal service, including training and tips for you to use our coffees to their best advantage. We will help with inventory control to keep the coffee as fresh as possible. We recommend ordering smaller amounts more often for two reasons: freshness and cost-effectiveness. | Quality BJ's has one 25 pound roaster and one 75 pound roaster with a total capacity of 150-200 pounds per hour.
